Our Approach
Recent trends suggest the scramble for talent is settling but the quality candidate-short market remains set to continue, indefinitely.
Forward-thinking employers will want to assure their people that they can keep up with industry standards.
Not an easy feat when productivity and market competition starkly compete with that interest.
Our experience tells us that looking outward and seeking independent, objective advice helps.
Cast the net wide – beyond your talent pool and direct competitors.
Our Strategy
This insight motivates JPlanHR to help SMEs and growing businesses understand and manage their staff ‘drivers’.
More than just an ad hoc policy and procedural review, we critically assess systems – aiming to conceive strategies that respond to shifting staff and industry drivers, improve HR delivery and functionality …
Strategies that directly address constantly changing workplace laws.
We do this using legal skill – backed by real-world, practical HR management experience. Flexibly, within arm’s reach, and giving you time to run your core business.
